As is typical of Josh's chardonnays the Cope-Williams pend with feint crushed stone and snuffed match aromas, slowly revealing green apple and grapefruit pith, white flowers and flashes of unripe tropical fruit. An incredibly intense and linear, wine the intense fruit is cleansed by a seemingly endless flow of glassy acidy. A long decant is recommended if drinking young, but cellaring is recommended.

Once hand harvested in the cool of morning, with carful sorting in the vineyard, the grapes are partially foot crushed then very gently, slowly pressed over five or so hours. The juice was then settled for 24 hours then racked with all but the very coarse solids to three seasoned Burgundian piece, and one 300l Stockinger Hogs Head. The wine sees one year in oak on full lees, no stirring, and no racking, then transferred to stainless steel with all the fine lees for a further 6 months elevage. Before racking and bottling, unfined and unfiltered. The only addition to the wine is a small dose of sulphur the week before bottling.

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday. 

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available on Tuesday only.

 

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
