From 40% Glenlofty & 60% Malakoff - seperate harvesting dates. Vineyards are right next to each other. Two amazing vineyards for Nebbiolo quite different flavour profiles. A great season for Nebbiolo, there were lots of batches made to experiment with the variety. This is a selection of barrels for an early release.
Vinified in rectangular small open wax lined concrete fermenters, 20% whole bunch, indigenous yeasts,no sulphur, hand plunged, 10 wks extended post ferment maceration. Unforced naturally occurring malo-lactic fermentation. Unfined,unfiltered, untinkered. No added anything just grapes.
