St Florence 2020: Riesling is an Australian Wild Ale refermented with white wine grapes.  

Tasting notes: Lovely bright nose, citrus pops, herb garden (provance), minerality, mild smoke. Flavours of lemon soda, chalky minerality and earthy spice.

St Florence is named after Topher and his wife's first daughter. Saint Florence was a 7th century abbess from Cartagena, Spain. In 2020, this variant was made from golden mixed fermentation, barrel aged beer and 500kg of hand picked  smoke affected Riesling grapes from Ravensworth Wines in Murrumbateman, NSW. 

St Florence was made in a method we have come to adopt for wine grape beer refermentations. The organic 'smoke tainted' fruit for this beer comes from Bryan Martin's Ravensworth vineyard in Murrumbaetman. After being hand picked on 12 March, we put the fruit into a three week carbonic maceration before racking barrels 1862 (22 month old Gold) onto the semi-fermenting fruit on 1 April 2020. The beer and grapes macerated and refermented together for three+ months. The grape beer was then transferred off the fruit and washed with barrels 1829 (4 month old Gold), 1850 (4 month old Gold) and 1859 (4 month old Gold) before bottling on 20 August 2020 and allowed to condition in bottle for 8 months before release.

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday. 

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available on Tuesday only.

 

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
