Pale straw to gold. The powerful nose starts on notes of white peach, lemon, marzipan and honey before flowing to notes of oatmeal and star anise. The palate is rich though refined, the exuberant fruit of youth is evident, pear and grape, with all the elements of high quality chardonnay falling into line behind it. Cream, toast, cinnamon and clove are hallmarks of barrel fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The persistent bead of acidity blends seamlessly with the depth of fruit, showcasing the purity and intensity  developed by the granitic soils of Beechworth. A serious chardonnay.

Winemaker Notes

"The fruit for this wine comes from the Warner vineyard, immediately adjacent to the Domenica vineyard in the heart of the Beechworth G.I. The vineyard is located at around 450m altitude, on a granitic soil profile. Hand harvested fruit was lightly crushed, basket pressed, and settled off gross lees before transfer to French barriques, 20% new, where fermentation was allowed to proceed using wild yeast. A relatively warm ferment, in combination with the wild yeast, some use of solids, oxidative juice handling, malolactic fermentation and long (18 month) barrel maturation has resulted in a wine of texture and structure, striking a balance between youthful fruit, and secondary 'winemaking derived' characters."

    We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$1,000. For orders under HK$1,000, a delivery charge of HK$80 shall apply.  

    At the moment, we ONLY deliver to Kowloon & Hong Kong Island districts. For any orders to be delivered to the New Territories, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung & Clearwater Bay, please contact us directly at and we will try our best to accommodate. 

    We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 8:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day. 

    The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. 

    Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

    We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

    It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
