Josh Cooper is setting a cracking pace for the next generation of Victorian winemakers. The lad's got a deft touch with Pinot Noir, using bunches and neutral oak to allow the unique characteristics of each vineyard he works with to shine.

The Ray-Monde vineyard was planted in 1988 in Macedon Ranges. Josh has been working with this fruit for a little while now, helping make the wines for the family that owns it as well as making a small amount of Pinot Noir for himself. It's a lithe, beautiful Pinot Noir full of life and energy, one of his finest red wines to date, no doubt about it.

"From the regenerative farm of Ray-Monde Vineyard comes pinot noir of Joshua Cooper’s bidding. Ray-Monde always puts me in mind of the Rayman video games, for some reason.Scents of ripe cherry, brambles and undergrowth, sweet manure, truffle, old campfire and wet bark. Savoury as. Flavours savoury too, tannins gummy and late to come into play, the wine finishes a bit short and with a sappy and sooty, smoked meat finish. Dark cherry, dark plum flavours before that, even a touch of espresso and clove in the mix. A darker, earthier release, a bit disjointed at present, the quiet smoky spice element a niggle. We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$1,500.

For orders under HK$1,500, a delivery charge of HK$150 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

2. South Lantau:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday. 

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available on Tuesday only.

 

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
