"The nose is flinty and loaded with grapefruit and citrus notes with a background of white stone fruits and a hint of melon. There is an under lying thread of complexity from the natural ferment, full use of solids and barrel fermentation, that will continue to come to the fore as the wine ages. The palate is fine and focused with a purity and presence. The 2015 vintage has a level of concentration that has built significant texture and mouth feel at this early juncture. It’s minerally, long and has layers of flavor that linger. One of our best." This wine is about 80/20 from the Mendoza block of Chardonnay, which was planted in 2007 and the old block, planted in 2001 (clones Barnard 95, 277). It was barrel fermented with full solids in 500 Litre French oak puncheons and aged on lees for 11 months. The only addition to this wine is SO2. 15% new Oak.

    The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

    2. South Lantau:

    We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

    For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

    The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday. 

    3. Discovery Bay:

    We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

    For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

    The delivery service is available on Tuesday only.

     

    Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

    We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

    It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
