Dedicated Biodynamic farmers with their stella site set at 600-or-so meters above sea level in the cool upper reaches of the Macedon Ranges. The wine is made with no additions, no adjustments or chicanery.

Cobaw Ridge Syrah. Cracked pepper, grilled meat, blackcurrant, lavender and dried herb, even some kind of sweet wet earthy stuff. Medium bodied but dense, all the juicy small dark berries, a lick of juniper, layers of spice, a fine sweep of emery tannin, and an intense finish, with rich fine tannin trailing in its wake. It's a damn fine syrah.

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

2. South Lantau:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday.

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$3,500.

For orders under HK$3,500, a delivery charge of HK$500 shall apply.

The delivery service is available on Thursday only.

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.

Full of exotic herbs and spices, clove, pepper, black olive, wafts of smoke, scorched earth, rose and violet blackberry and red cherry fruit. This is a fresh and vibrant vintage of The Springs, more build on acid than tannin due to the long cool growing season. Please decant well if drinking young. I believe this will be a long lived vintage, open bottles (stored cool with the cork in) will continue to show increased harmony and complexity for a number of days.
