Cobaw Ridge has a long history with Chardonnay. They have been making some of the region's best examples for decades.

Here's a new iteration of the grape. This is one of the more ambitious amber wines ever attempted in Australia and it's a wildly successful one at that.

The wine was made in two components. The first was fermented on skins for three weeks and left to age in barrel for two years, the second component was on skins for an incredible 737 days before pressing.

The wine that has finally emerged is one of immense power and detail. It's the first release and it jumps straight to the front of the line for best examples of orange wine in the country. It's a brilliant, complex Chardonnay in a unique lane.


1. Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories (excluded outlying islands):

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$1,200.

For orders under HK$1,200, a delivery charge of HK$150 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

2. South Lantau:

 

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

 

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday. 

 

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$3,500.

For orders under HK$3,500, a delivery charge of HK$500 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available on Thursday only.

 

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.

The Ravensworth Seven Months is one of Bryan Martin's favourite wines to make. Excitingly, this year, the 2019 release is all estate grown fruit from Bryan's own vineyard in Murrumbateman.

The classic three variety blend of Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer fermented on skins in ceramic egg for seven months (hence the name), with this extended skin contact adding all sorts of colour, texture and complexity.

This year's might be the best to date, a glorious mouthful of fruit that's slippery, grippy, textural and thought-provoking.
