The Eastern Peake Griffins Road Pinot Noir 2023, carved from Ballarat's soaring Griffins Hill at 440m, unleashes a wild rush of forest floor, damp undergrowth, and gamey meat, chased by herbal twists and a flash of ripe cherry. It charges the mouth with deep, generous curves—sweet red fruits plunging into a plush, woolly core, sliced by melting acids and wrapped in long, rounded tannins that hug without grip. This one's got heft and heart, all effortless grace in the cool 2023 snap.

Hand-harvested early April, destemmed into open concrete tanks for wild yeast action, daily pump-overs to tease out the juice, then basket-pressed post-ferment into barriques for 12 months' rest. Racked clean in March, a dash of sulphur post-malo, no fining, no filtering—straight to bottle in November, raw and unbowed.

The Griffins Road block, Pinot Noir planted 1995 on volcanic grey loam laced with basalt, now leased back under organic regime by the Lattas. A beast with soul, built for the table and the long haul.

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday.

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$3,500.

For orders under HK$3,500, a delivery charge of HK$500 shall apply.

The delivery service is available on Thursday only.

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.

The Eastern Peake Walsh Block Pinot Noir 2023, pulled from Frank and Kerry Walsh's storied site across the road in Coghills Creek, erupts with a feral rush of mulberry, wet fern and truffled earth, spiked by violet florals and a smoky undercurrent. It barrels into the mouth—dense yet fleet, red berries tumbling through a chewy, spice-dusted core, etched by taut acids and a grainy tannin grip that lingers like a cool wind off basalt ridges. The 2023 chill sharpened everything to a blade's edge, yielding fruit with real nerve.

Hand-picked April 13, all destemmed into open concrete tanks for indigenous yeast to take the wheel, daily pump-overs coaxing out the layers, then basket-pressed April 23 into barriques for a year's hush. Sulphur slipped in post-malo that November, racked clean to steel in March '24 for winter's quiet alchemy—no fining, no filtering, just a bare trace of SO2 before bottling. MV6 clone roots from '95 dig deep into that grey loam over weathered basalt, farmed raw and relentless by the Lattas now. A Pinot that prowls, not prances—pair it with game, let it roar.
