Dark and deep purple, a riot of perfume encompassing ripe wild blackberries, violets, baked red earth, black pepper and dried thyme. Smoked meats/charcuterie, bergamot tea and black olive create a sense of excitement and wondrous joy.

Complex, dense weighted palate with intense energy. Lifted perfumes of black olive tapenade, smoked meats with compounded black fruits add to the ultra-fine savoury tannin. Long, deep and complex with rich dark fruits, the vintage style has left this wine with freshness and texture for a very long and bright future ahead.

Guigal "La Turque" inspired take from Adam Foster... After ageing for 42 months in a 100% new French oak, the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered, then aged again for another 27 months in bottle before being released. Syrahmi wines have always been made to be approachable on release and ready for drinking. La La after spending over 5½ years in barrel and bottle already - will age well for a further 20 years to come. The resulting wine is intensely fresh and focused. Dark and deep brick red, a riot of perfume and spice of ripe wild raspberries, cherries, gun smoke, turned earth, minerals and spice, powerful and intense with meaty salami and black olive tapenade notes. Super fresh palate that’s driven by intense sweet fruit again of black cherries and wild raspberries with black olives, lavender and dried herbs, a long savory mid palate of smoked meat/salami, rich and powerful structure, finishing with fine grain tannins and balanced natural acidity.

"My aim has always been to express the true terroir of the vineyard and vintage. Along the way I have learnt you can have great success through minimal human intervention in the winemaking process and by simply putting your trust in Mother Nature. Each year, I source and select grapes from a different single vineyard in the Heathcote region; therefore each year, the wine will have a different name to reflect the vintage. In ‘09, my quest to find some of the best growing areas in Heathcote led me to a new spot in the Mt Camel Ranges - 45 km north of the Heathcote township. I found great potential at Greenstone - planted out with several different Shiraz clones of which I chose BVRC 12, 2626 and PT 10 to work with. The Easterly exposure vineyard is densely planted with 4545 vines per hectare; ancient pre-Cambrian soil 550 million years old of eroded basalt over limestone rich sub soil that has a PH of close to neutral mixed with copper infused Greenstone rocks. It is also only one of the two vineyards in Heathcote planted East to West. All grapes were handpicked <1 to 1.5 kg per vine."

Adam Foster, Chef turned Vigneron, now of Heathcote however honed his craft within the early years with 4 vintages within the Rhone. And a resultant love of Mourvèdre ensued.

Exquisitely perfumed, strawberry and raspberry, a touch of that Provencal garrigue, the florals including to the fragrance. Then, unexpectedly, a whiff of cordite within the combine, a flinty and more durable edge to the softness of the berries.

These softer parts circulate – mellifluously – onto the palate. A slight crushed rock, powdery earth, phenolic rub. Beneficiant and flowing size on a silken spine. Jeez, Heathcote Mourvèdre.

⚠️ Ten Minutes NOT like you know it… Some mistakes make beautiful things sometimes ! A very unique expression of this vineyard, and we love it ! A bit on the wild side with still some carbonic bringing the wine to a new level😉

The Coolart Road vineyard is the earliest picked of the Ten Minutes by Tractor vineyards and typically produces a more fleshy wine.

Made from the MV6 clone in D block on Coolart Road Vineyard this sultry perfumed Pinot Noir displays dark cherry, bramble and earthy notes that is beautifully rounded out by the chewy and grippy tannins. The rich palate keeps giving in the glass now and will in the bottle for some time.

Vintage...

The 2018 vintage was a big contrast to the 2017 vintage; in fact, it was very similar to 2016. The 2018 vintage began with heavier than normal winter rains and cooler temperatures which delayed budburst but warmer spring weather resulted in perfect conditions for flowering leading to very good fruit set and promising high yields. Grapes matured with optimum sugar, flavour and tannin development resulting in high quality parcels from all sites. It was our third earliest harvest, leading to our shortest ever hang time.

The fruit comes from Mount Gambier and Heywood in South West Victoria. This is Xavier’s original flagship wine. Made to make people happy. As Xavier says, it's everything that a Pinot Noir should be! The grapes are 100% destemmed and fermented in stainless steel for 2-3 weeks. Pressed and aged in a mixture of stainless and old barrels then filtered and bottled in August. Simple.

This Pinot has a translucent bright ruby colour, it’s dazzling. It starts with a bouquet of flowers, cherry blossoms, rose petals and hibiscus. There are umami notes of fresh hazelnuts in skins, game meat and wet forest floor. Flavours are full of cranberry juice and tart cherries with a hint of sweet kirsch character. It has a light touch, savoury finish and lifted acidity. Very moreish, so easy to drink.

For orders under HK$1,200, a delivery charge of HK$150 shall apply.

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

2. South Lantau:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday.

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$3,500.

For orders under HK$3,500, a delivery charge of HK$500 shall apply.

The delivery service is available on Thursday only.

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
