Varietal(s): 100% Riesling 

An off-dry style with a vibrant aroma.  Fresh lemon peel and lifted white florals, hints orange blossom and tangerine peel.  Detailed fine boned palate with juicy driving acidity. 

Winemaking Notes:

Picked in the cool of the morning before whole bunch pressing. Gentle extraction to ensure low phenolics. Fermented at cooler temperatures <14C with wild yeast. Ferment was arrested with some residual sugar to obtain off-dry style balancing sugar with taut acidity.

No fining = Vegan Friendly 

Soil: Ordovician material approximately 460million years old.  It contains basic volcanic material; sandstone, siltstone breccia and conglomerate derived from basalt and andesite

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

2. South Lantau:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday. 

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available on Tuesday only.

 

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
