A fantastic textural Australian Riesling from Adam Foster!

A portion is fermented in ceramic egg, the wine left on lees for an extended period to soup-up the mouthfeel. The natural electric acidity from this fruit cuts through leaving it refreshing to the end.

A riesling of texture, personality and drinkability. I like the really fine, powdery-chalky feel to the wine, but likewise found the tart, tangy acidity pleasing. There’s great volume of pot pourri, black currant, citrus in the bouquet, providing a pretty intro to each sip. The crystalline, mouth watering finish delightful. Great stuff here!

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

2. South Lantau:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday. 

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available on Tuesday only.

 

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
