When Topher and the team at Wildflower talk about 'wild' yeast, they're not messing about. This golden, foudre-aged ale was fermented solely using wild yeast and bacteria from freshly-picked Wattle blossoms from 'Carawatha' in Gerringong, NSW. With aromatics of melon and nectarine, a subtle funk, ripe citrus, sweet stone fruit, and a pithy finish - this is incredibly refreshing.
