Arfion simply means “our wine” in Scottish Gaelic. Dave Mackintosh describes Arfion as “a small independent wine company that has the freedom to take some risks and do things differently”. His aim is to extend the limitations of style, be considerate to the grapes and land, and to be a strong part of the local wine community. He creates thoughtful wines with minimal winemaking interference under the Arfion and Smokestack Lightning labels. Fruit is sourced from highly skilled growers across the Yarra Valley where the site and variety are in harmony. He wants to make Arfion wines attractive and true to their sites, so he employs a range of low impact winemaking practices to create interest without allowing any one element to dominate. Not necessarily conforming to an existing style, he produces intuitive, evolving wine styles that reflect his interpretations of each vineyard’s soil. Single sites and small volumes. Fresh, textured and delicious.

Tete de Cuvee is a french term used to describe a winery's top release - the pride of the estate. To continue the french them, this is Adrian Rodda's paean to Bordeaux, a Cabernet Sauvignon blend that also features Merlot and a touch of Petit Verdot.

It's Australian Cabernet of high order, though firm and proud currently, and needing to cellar. Poised and dense, bathing in chocolate and blackcurrant flavours and held in check by ripe but potent tannins. The fruit source is the Smith's Vineyard, planted in 1978.

It's a first release, and a partner wine to the similarly excellent Triangle Block Chardonnay. Stash some in the cellar.

For orders under HK$1,200, a delivery charge of HK$150 shall apply.

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

2. South Lantau:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday.

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$3,500.

For orders under HK$3,500, a delivery charge of HK$500 shall apply.

The delivery service is available on Thursday only.

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
