Varietal(s): 100% Grenache

luscious ripe red berry fruit, with touch of spice.  Palate is medium bodied with depth of fruit and supple fruit tannins

Winemaking Notes:

Hand harvested in the cool of the morning.  Grapes chilled overnight before processing. Kept for 2 day cold soak, fermented with 30% Whole bunch with native yeast. Some time of skins post fermentation to build savoury interest and depth before being basket pressed. Racked to barrel with fine solids for MLF.

Minimal filtration and sulfur additions prior to bottling.  No fining = Vegan Friendly 

Soil:Volcanic derived brown loam over clay.

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

2. South Lantau:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday. 

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available on Tuesday only.

 

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
