Single site Pinot Noir (Mv6) farmed by us since the beginning of Good Intentions Wine Co.

A 2019 cuvée left to rest in bottle for 12 months. Selected barrels of carbonic macerated, de-stemmed, and whole bunch, to show the true terroir of Mount Gambier.

2. South Lantau:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday.

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.

The delivery service is available on Tuesday only.

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.

This is the first single site release from Andrew at Good Intentions, along with a gorgeous new Pinot Noir.

After a five-year organic reclamation project the fruit from this vineyard at the base of Mount Gambier volcano is now worthy of its own label, and it is a beauty.

The nose is all honeycomb and peach, with a slight oxidative note, and the mouthfeel is driven, citrus, vivid.
