13+ years in the making, Nadeson Collis are the brainchild of husband and wife winemakers Ray Nadeson & Maree Collis.

The NADESON COLLIS ‘Millesime’ is a Blanc de Blanc, made using the finest Chardonnay from Drumborg, Henty.

The grapes are whole-bunch pressed and fermented in a mixture of barriques and foudre. 100% from the 2011 vintage 96 months on lees.

The NADESON COLLIS ‘Inception’ is a blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, 15 months on lees with 1.5g/l dosage.

Using the finest Chardonnay & Pinot Noir from Drumborg, Henty the grapes are whole-bunch pressed and fermented in a mixture of barriques and foudre. 75% from the 2017 vintage with 25% reserve wine coming from a perpetual blend that has been developing since 2006.

This wine has been laying down for quite a while and Owen recently decided it was ready to go. It is undisgorged and loads of fun. The wine is 100% Chardonnay; it has a decent bead, the aromas are leaning more towards the savoury aspect while the palate is bright and crunchy. Plenty of green apple acidity, some floral notes and a good lingering finish.
