The Dog & Wolf Pinot Noir is Ricky's pride and joy.

Inspired by the French expression ‘entre chien et loup’, it translates to ‘between dog and wolf’, a reference to the time of day when it is hardest to distinguish between the two creatures, just as day becomes night. He wants this Pinot Noir to walk that line. The line between wild and tame, between ferocious and approachable, raw and refined.

The wine is made in two parcels - the first picked early and made in a more traditional style, the second fermented as 100% whole bunches for a little more nervy edge and structural integrity. There's only a tiny amount in existence, each bottle lovingly tended to every step of the way.

It's a gorgeous wine which perfectly captures the imagery of the name; a thrilling Pinot Noir experience.

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$1,500. For orders under HK$1,500, a delivery charge of HK$80 shall apply.

At the moment, we ONLY deliver to Kowloon & Hong Kong Island districts. For any orders to be delivered to the New Territories, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung & Clearwater Bay, please contact us directly at info@ozterroirs.com and we will try our best to accommodate.

We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 8:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday.

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.

TMV is a snapshot of the Tamar Valley in any given year, from the perspective of TTT.

This wine is from Tasmania’s Tamar Valley (TMV). Beginning just south of Launceston the valley winds 50km north to its meeting point with the powerful Bass Strait.

Produced from different sites, our intent with this wine is to reflect what we believe are the standout characteristics of the Tamar Valley sub region.

Juicy and vibrant, when picked at the right time TMV pinot noir expresses red fruits and spice. There is softness within its warm heart, it leaves you with a trail of freshness and closes with strawberry seed-like tannin.

EST is a special release sourced from the East Coast of Tasmania, with the intention of highlighting regionality within our island state.

Our EST (east) pinot noir is produced from different sites above and below the Freycinet Peninsula on Tasmania’s east coast. Together, these sites typify what makes this sub region so exciting.

The rain shadow the vineyards sit in creates a warm and dry climate, moderated by its companion, the Tasman Sea.

When picked on time, pinot noir from the Freycinet Coast displays a more structured style, it is bold & brave. This dovetails into a generous mid palate with graphite-like tannin structure.
