The Boss

French born & raised, he holds a degree in Hotel Management & Marketing and spent the last two decades working in the hospitality industry as Maitre D', Restaurant Manager & Director of Food & Beverage, principally in Michelin-star restaurants & 5-star hotels across Europe (France, Spain & the UK) and Australia. After working on his very own personal project for almost a year, he created Oz Terroirs in 2016. His passion: drinking wine.

 

The wine hunter

French born & raised, and apparently an Australian citizen too. He grew up surrounded by vineyards in the Rhône Valley where his passion for fine wines started. During his career, he has created various wine lists from scratch for restaurants & hotels in France, Spain & Australia. He is a real "wine hunter", always searching for rare & beautiful hard-to-get wines. His passion: drinking wine.  

 

The Logistics guru 

French born & raised, he travelled the world - Europe, Africa, Oceania, Asia - and is fluent in French, English & Spanish. He is methodic with an obsession for order & organisation, and will ensure you receive your Aussie wines safely & in a timely manner. His passion: drinking wine too!
