"Ye olde faithful of the pinot noir lovers of Mornington, in some respects. Typically shows power and grunt of the variety from the region, and from the winemaking. Less oak these days though, sitting around 20% new. Intense, choc-cherry, spice, briar, clove-like spicy wood, has quite the heft and power in perfume. Glossy texture, richness of flavour, quite dense but still holds a fresh tug of acidity. Lots of firm structure, tannin, dark fruit flavours. Floods the palate and finishes tight. Serious feeling pinot noir, pushing to dry red status but not quite. Cellar."

"This single vineyard wine from our home vineyard in Derril Rd is further evidence of what our fine vineyard site and mature vines can produce in a really good year. For the first time we have included some wine from interesting clones grafted onto our old Cabernet vines (planted in 1983). Bright garnet in colour the nose is complex and lifted – aromas of red cherry, pomegranate molasses, licorice and crushed red rose petals vie with hints of clove and cinnamon spice, sandalwood, blood orange rind and cocoa. On the palate the wine is crisp and fresh, with crunchy red cherry and ripe mulberry fruit. The spice and herbal notes seen on the nose compete on the palate, composing a long, savoury finish to a deliciously velvety textured wine."

  • Another lovely vintage, a little warmer and drier than 2012, resulting in more flamboyant, darker fruited reds than in the previous year. The defining feature of this vintage was a period of very warm weather over three weeks leading up to vintage. The ripeness of fruit and phenolics in the wines are a result of this pre-vintage weather.  A vintage of perfume and juicy fruit, with great length, structure and depth in the wines. Vinification: Hand harvesting, 100% destemmed, 100% Wild yeast primary fermentation, 20 Days total on skins, Natural malolactic fermentation in barrel 100% French oak maturation, 25 % new, 15 months in wood with 1 racking. No fining and no filtration.

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$1,000. For orders under HK$1,000, a delivery charge of HK$80 shall apply.  

At the moment, we ONLY deliver to Kowloon & Hong Kong Island districts. For any orders to be delivered to the New Territories, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung & Clearwater Bay, please contact us directly at info@ozterroirs.com and we will try our best to accommodate. 

We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 8:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day. 

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. 

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
