2019 was basically the opposite of 2020: a lovely spring; even budburst and fruit set; and a glorious picking period with fine weather. The wines from this vintage are bolder and more powerful and the depth of fruit is a hallmark of the year. 


The Wolf only comes along in the right years... 100% whole-bunch inclusion, from the best part of the Three Wishes Vineyard that was planted in 1999. This is indeed also a component of the Dog & Wolf (the bunchy part), and when balance is pitch perfect (fruit purity and power with savoury tannin and spice), a small amount is bottled separately under this label. It is left to mature in the bottle and the cellar until it feels right—this style can be shy when young and take time to evolve. There's earth and spice with red fleshy fruits, and plenty of length, structure and mouthfeel.


1. Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories (excluded outlying islands):

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$1,200.

For orders under HK$1,200, a delivery charge of HK$150 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. We will deliver within two working days for orders received by 3:00pm Monday to Friday, depending on the delivery area. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day.

2. South Lantau:

 

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,500.

For orders under HK$2,500, a delivery charge of HK$300 shall apply.  

 

The delivery service is available Tuesday & Wednesday. 

 

3. Discovery Bay:

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$3,500.

For orders under HK$3,500, a delivery charge of HK$500 shall apply.  

The delivery service is available on Thursday only.

 

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery time and delivery needs to be rescheduled.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Oz Terroirs immediately of any change to their delivery address or contact details.
