Plenty to enjoy with raspberry, green herbal sap and spice on the nose. Really blossoms with a good swirl in the glass. Sappy notes with fresh red berries, mezcal, rose-hip and some green tea leaf tannin notes.

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule the delivery time.

It's fair to say Timo Mayer loves him some whole-bunch/carbonic maceration action. It works brilliantly when applied to lighter red varieties. Case in point - this Gamay has come up trumps...

The fruit was grown on relatively old Gamay vines in the Yarra Valley. The 2022 season giving Timo beautifully balanced and concentrated fruit to play with. Gamay can be a simple affair, but in the hands of Timo with all it's wild and stalky edges, this variety sings.
